A two hour consultation which will include a walk through your home and a written report with recommendations for preparing it for sale.
This may include:
- suggestions for depersonalizing rooms by removing personal photos, etc.
- furniture placement
- neutralizing rooms ie: colour / collections
- ways to showcase the focal point of a room ie: fireplace / view
- suggestions on how to create a more spacious look
- ideas on how to minimize flaws / accentuate features
- advise on repairs to do
THE RIGHT LOOK WILL ALSO FULLY STAGE YOUR HOME FOR SELLING
Typically the home staging process will take one full day depending on the number of rooms to be staged and the amount of furnishing and accessories to be used.
We will:
- work with you to decide your priorities, time frame and budget
- de-clutter, depersonalize and edit your home (inside and out) to make it appeal to a wide market
- use your own furnishings and when necessary, make suggestions for new purchases and/or rentals
